What type of web server are we running?
The Web Server is IIS 6 which is the most common web server software being used on the internet today.

What Kind of Connection do we have?
We have a 100 megabit connection to Internet Gateway. The 100 megabit connection is directly connected to their OC-3 backbone. This means that our service will have 24X7 access and likely will not go down. It is fast.

I already have a Domain Name, Can I use that with my site?
Yes, You can use your own domain name with your web site, we will help you transfer your domain.

Can we use CGI on this server?
Yes, CGI has been installed in every account to use it just put your script into the cgi-bin directory.

Do you support Frontpage Extensions?
Yes we support them.

Do you provide Virtual Domain Email Forwarding?
Yes, We have installed Virtual Domain Email forwarding and all accounts are enabled to use it.

Will you support Real Video?
No, We will not be supporting Real Video due to the high amount of Bandwidth it uses and the Heavy CPU load that it would put on our web servers.

Will you be providing telnet access to edit our web pages?
No, we will not be providing telnet access to our servers. The reason for this is that it opens up some very big security holes that could really affect this service.

Where do I upload my files to?
You must upload your files through FTP to our ftp server. You must use your username and password to login.

What do I call the index page?
Your index page can be named.
("index.html, index.htm, index.shtml, home.html, home.htm, home.shtml")
The Server looks for the index page in that order so index.html will be taken before home.shtml is used.

What is the Maximum File Size I can have?
We have a limit set when using ftp at 500,000 bytes this is more than enough for any site, that doesn't provide downloads. If your file is larger then that the file transfer will stop when it reaches 500,000 bytes and will not continue uploading anymore.
